This house was perfect. Clean, Good WiFi, great views! We stayed here in June so the weather was great. The house looked just like the pictures. We loved the short walk to the beach and the drive to the nearest village was short. The only small issue we had was with the rental car people. Otherwise this was such a great place to stay!

We had an incredible stay at Kostas house! My team of 5 was looking for a nice house near the beach to relax and work together. This splendid place more than delivered! The location is just magical, steps from the beautiful Faranga beach. The internet was great, as was the bedding and other amenities. There’s even an herb garden and pizza oven. Kostas was so helpful, arranging rides, renting scooters and making excellent dinner reservations. When we come back to Paros, I would definitely stay here again.

The House is everything you wished for. With four spacious and beautiful bedrooms, one central living area and kitchen well equipped. Front balcony first view to the sea and 2 minutes walk. Backyard with dining area and a big garden. Costas is an amazing and positive host. We will definitely visit this house again.

The Villa was simply perfect: the best location on the island, 2 mins walking from idyllic private and public beaches protected from the strong Greek wind; perfect house layout to host two families with kids; lovely and new decorations, including fab and comfortable bed mattress and pillows. Least but not last one of the most wonderful 360 degree terrace on the sea. Kostas is extremely kind, flexible and available for any help. He booked for us restaurants, baby sitters etc. I would recommend this villa to any traveler willing to have an unforgettable holiday in Paros.

We stayed here with four adults, 3 teenagers, a 4 year old and a baby and it was absolutely perfect. The beach is just a short walk from the villa which worked really well because we didn’t have to all coordinate to go the beach or back to the house at the same time. The beach is fantastic for swimming and relaxing and there is also a very pleasant restaurant with excellent food. The house itself is beautiful and we also enjoyed just relaxing there. My only regret is not staying longer. This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

Très belle maison moderne de style design , très fonctionnelle et parfaitement adaptée à un séjour entre amis. Intérieur très soigné et de bon goût. Nous avons adoré la grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer . Vraiment tout était parfait. Juste à côté de la maison on accède à une crique pour se baigner dans une eau particulièrement limpide et d’un bleu superbe. Il y a un aussi un beau jardin à l’entrée de la maison. Notre séjour n’aurait pas été aussi réussi sans le support et la gentillesse de Kostas qui a été un hôte parfait , répondant efficacement à toutes nos demandes. Je n’ai qu’une envie , c’est de revenir dans ce lieu magique que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui recherchent calme , sérénité et beauté naturelle.
